After receiving a Division 1/Superior rating at the 2017 MSBOA District 10 Marching Band Festival, the Holland High School Marching Dutchman Band's successful week just became better. On October 13, HHS alumnus Linda Freestone-Schaftenaar donated $1,836 to the band on behalf of the Class of 1967.

On August 19th, the Class of 1967 came together for their 50th class reunion. At the reunion, the alumni began a collection to help raise money for new uniforms the marching band is trying to purchase. Over $1,800 was collected!
