Thank you to everyone who came to the Vocal Dimensions' "That 70's Vocal Show" last weekend. We had a record attendance and it meant so much to the students and me to see so many students and staff members come and support them.

In addition to the Vocal Dimensions shows, many HHS choir students took part in State Solo and Ensemble. All of our students achieved a Division 1 Excellent rating and for the first time in the history of HHS Choirs, sophomore Benjamin Leeka qualified as a soloist for Michigan Youth Arts Festival and was deemed one of the top 12 high school soloists in the state of Michigan! Benjamin will go on to compete at the State Finalists Recital in Otsego on April 25 and will perform as a soloist in 2 recitals at Michigan Youth Arts Festival on May 18 and 19 at Western Michigan University.

Please congratulate Benjamin on his significant achievement and the following participants: Jenessa Altvater, Emily Ellis, Rowen Von Plagenhoef, Hannah Johnson, Olivia Loan, Adam Chamness, Michael Landin, Cris Abreu, Eliseo Bustillos, Josh James, Josiah Broussard, Malachi VanderZwaag, Sam Martens, Nick Hoffman, Isaiah Lee, Elena Murray, and Lola Salazar on their Division 1 ratings! Go Dutch!
