The 8th Grade Band, Concert Band and Wind Ensemble of the Holland High School Band Family participated in the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Festival held at Otsego High School in Otsego, Michigan, Feb. 23-24.

The Concert Band received a Division 2 (Excellent) rating and the 8th Grade Band and Wind Ensemble received a Division 1 (Superior) rating respectively. This is the second year in a row that select large and chamber Holland HS Band Program ensembles have received a Division 1 (Superior) rating.

All ensembles were complemented throughout the event by judges and other band directors on the way they represented our community both behaviorally and musically. Congrats to all the students for their hard work to achieve such high marks. Go Dutch!
