Students of Courtney Eaton's first grade class at Holland Language Academy celebrated "Día de Muertos" (Day of the Dead) on Monday with facepainting, snacks, a marigold craft, and a book explaining about the celebration.

Rather than focus on Halloween, students learned about a culture where they speak the language we're learning...Spanish!
