Congratulations to Holland High's Nick Hoffman and Sam Martens on qualifying for the upcoming MHSAA Cross Country State Finals. The two Dutch runners earned their oppurtunity to compete in the finals based on their finishes at the MHSAA Regional at Portage West Middle School on Oct. 29th.

Nick, a junior, finished 3rd overall with a time of 16:21. Sam, a sophomore, finished 5th overall with a time of 16:28. The Boys Cross Country team finished in 5th place, missing a 4th place finish by one point. The Girls Cross Country team finished in 12th place.

The MHSAA Cross Country State Finals will take place at the Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn, Michigan on Nov. 5. Congratulations and best of luck, guys!
