There were 168 new cases of breast cancer in Ottawa County. There were 27 deaths due to breast cancer in Ottawa County. 246,660 Women and 2,600 Men were diagnosed with invasive breast cancer in 2016 nation-wide. With early diagnosis there is a 99% survival rate!

Rotary Interact is having a fund raiser for Breast Cancer Awareness. Every Thursday and Friday morning students can get their pinkies painted pink for a $1 donation. All donations go to the Susan G. Kolman foundation.
