Conrad Cassar, first chair senior clarinet player in the HHS Wind Ensemble, was selected to perform with the Meyer Music High School Honors Band! This ensemble, consisting of the best high school musicians from around West Michigan, performed at Hastings High School in festively decorated Performing Arts Center Auditorium to a very appreciative audience. Selections performed consisted of everything from Sousa's "The Washington Post March" to the gorgeous lyrical "On A Hymnsong of Philip Bliss" by Holsinger, to the unique and pulsating rhythmic intricacies of "Celebration Tribalesque" by Standridge. The HHS Bands are extremely proud of Conrad Cassar for his incredible performance and for representing the Holland Bands so well!
